Sherpa Spare Head for SX-LIS06B (Custom Order 0.5kg)

I bought a sprayer in February 2023, its simple and it worked fine as a garden sprayer. I even used it to clean my bikes.....all good. August 2023, the unit failed and Mower Magic repaired it under warranty with no quibbles. March 2024, I had used the sprayer throughout the winter and it failed again.....different issue this time but these units are not user serviceable. I contacted Mower Magic who rightly pointed out that the unit was out of warranty BUT they offered me a new head at cost price which I accepted as a pragmatic customer focussed solution. So, would I buy another one of these units?....purely down to the reliability issues I've experienced, probably not. Would I buy my next sprayer from Mower Magic?.....without hesitation, their customer service is truly excellent.
