Robomow RS Service
Robomow Fixed-Price Servicing
We offer professional, fixed-price servicing for all Robomow models at our specialist workshop, handled by fully trained technicians.
What’s Included in a Robomow Service?
The service includes a full internal and external cleaning, blade inspection and descaling, with advice on whether replacement is necessary. The mowing motor bearings and drive system gears are checked for wear or damage, and gears are lubricated where applicable. Bumpers, sensors, and safety systems are tested, along with the charging circuits. We also carry out manufacturer-recommended service updates, install the latest software version, and perform a 30-minute field test to verify proper operation.
Labour for fitting service-related parts or any requested accessories is included. Repairs for faulty or non-functioning machines are charged separately, with a minimum of 30 minutes of labour. Replacement parts and accessories are quoted and charged separately.
Upgrade Your Robomow!
Consider upgrading to Power Wheels for improved traction and maneuverability, or replacing the blade for a cleaner and possibly quieter cut.
If collection is required, select the Collection Box option and securely package the machine for transport.
Collection & Delivery Terms
Customers must arrange their own insurance, as none is included as standard. The standard carrier insurance covers up to £100, with an enhanced option available for up to £500. Additional insurance must be selected at booking and cannot be added later.
Mower Magic is not responsible for any damage occurring during inbound transit, regardless of the courier used. Similarly, while we pack machines carefully for return, we cannot be held liable for damage during outbound transit unless additional insurance is taken. If the robot is sent with insufficient packaging, we cannot be responsible for any resulting damage. If additional or replacement packaging is required for a safe return, a £10 charge will apply.
If a courier collection has been requested, someone from the household must be present when the courier arrives.
Box Sizes & Suitability
Small robot boxes (700 x 550 x 350 mm) are suitable for RX and RC series models.
Large robot boxes (850 x 800 x 400 mm) are suitable for RS series models.
To arrange a collection, either specify a convenient date in the Service & Repair Form or contact us directly. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and offshore addresses.
Disclaimer
Parts for older Robomow models may be harder to source. While we will do our best to obtain them, support for older machines is becoming increasingly limited.
