Affecting Some Models RS612, RS622 RS630 and RS302, RC304, RC306 only
It has come to our attention that some Robomow power boxes fitted with a European-UK Plug adaptor may suffer from intermittent power supply issues. This may cause interruptions to the charging cycle and prevent automatic operation.
If your Robomow RC or RS power box is fitted with a Euro 2pin-to-3pin adaptor plug, we recommend that it is replaced with a UK Moulded Plug Cable.
Procedure
1. First check to see which type of plug your power box cable has - either a moulded UK Plug or a European to UK Plug adaptor.
2. If your Power Box already has a moulded or standard hard-wired UK Plug (Check Photos) no action is required.
3. If you have a European to UK Plug adaptor, note down your Robomow Serial number (RC Models found on Rear / RS Models Under Flap on top of Robot), then order the Replacement Cable on this page. Be sure to enter your serial number in the box, then "Add to Cart" and check-out online.
If you have more than one Robomow add both serial numbers separated by a comma.
