A comphrehensive service for your robot, Please read all of this page before sending your robot to us, as it includes very important information about the procedure.

Special Feature of the Robot Service:
Robot software Update
Recommend Main Gasket replacement
Blade replacement
Strip down and clean robot inside and out.
Lubrication of moving parts (where applicable)
Condition check of the drive motor
Condition check of the mowing motor
Battery capacity test
Check and test all sensors and safety systems
Check and test charging circuits
Inspection of the internal hardware of the robot

A 30 minute field test will be performed and verified to ensure correct operation of the robot.

What you need to do:
* Complete the service request form (Click here to fill out the Robotic Service & Repair Form - please complete this form before the machine arrives with us.)
* Exclude any accessories unless instructed otherwise
* Package the Robot securely in the orignal box or suitable alternative with a completed service form [see below]
* Try to elevate the rear wheels as this will help reduce the risk of damage to the drive motors

NOTE:
If you cannot send in or bring in your own robot, you should tick the appropriate Collection Box for your robot and we will collect it from you. You will still need to package the machine securely.

Original Product Packaging
The original packaging provides the best product protection, and improper packaging may void the warranty and be subject to charges. You will be responsible for the returned product's packaging and any damage occurring in transit caused by improper packaging. So we highly recommend that you keep the original packaging box and packing materials of the product in case you need to return it for warranty service.

When packaging a machine for a service or repair, we strongly recommend using original packaging to prevent any damage in transit. It is your responsibility to ensure that the machine is securely packaged in a strong box of suitable size with plenty of packing material to protect the contents.

Collection / Delivery Terms
* Customers should make their own arrangements for enhanced insurance, as only basic cover is included as standard. (See below Insurance)

* Mower Magic is not responsible for any damage or loss of the machine on the inward or outward journey regardless of courier or service used, and will not be able to make any claim against the courier company unless additional insurance is taken.

* Mower Magic will pack your machine to the best of their ability but is not responsible for any damage to the machine on the return journey and will not be able to make any claim against the courier company unless additional insurance is taken.

* If using a different box, please ensure it is not excessive in size. Please be aware that if a robot is sent with insufficient packaging we can not be held resposible for it being damaged in transit. If we require additional or new packaging to safely return your mower there is an additional packaging charge of £10.

About Insurance:
Standard insurance cover with our carrier will only pay a maximum of £100. If you require enhanced insurance you should either make your own arrangements for this, or choose the Carrier Enhanced Insurance option from the tickboxes on this page. This will give a maximum of £500 cover. This is a service provided and administered by our carrier (currently DHL at time of writing, June 2023). Any decisions about insurance claim payments are made by them. You must specify that you require this service at time of booking as it cannot be added later.

* If you have requested a box or collection using our courier from your address, then a member of the household must be present for the courier driver

Please either contact us to provide a convenient collection date or note it on the Service & Repair Form. Regarding collection & delivery, the standard exceptions as per our delivery policy apply
(e.g; Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Offshore addresses may incur a higher delivery and collection charge).
