The device is designed for cutting wood and metal. The maximum cutting depth is 100 mm in wood and 8 mm in steel. The blade is replaced without tools, which ensures quick switching to different cutting modes. The solid base of the jigsaw is made of metal and covered with a plastic cover. It also ensures precise cutting at an angle of 45 °. The pendulum has 4 levels of stroke adjustment with smooth speed regulation, which ensures efficient and precise operation of the device.
Cutting speed adjustment is smooth, ranging from 0 to 3000 strokes per minute. LED lighting of the work area is used for comfortable work in poorly lit places. The handle has an ergonomic shape and is covered with soft material. The device is equipped with a system to prevent accidental start-up.
The main advantage of this device is the innovative motor. This is the first Greenworks 24V jigsaw with a brushless motor. Without brushes, the tool will last 40% longer than its brushed counterpart. In addition, due to the lack of brush friction, the power of the tool is increased and vibrations are reduced, making work with it more comfortable.
