Classic Double Wooden Compost Bins

This is the double bin version. It is suitable for garden and kitchen waste and has a massive 1000 litre capacity. The bin is made from Solid wood which is porous and insulating and is sourced from managed forests. Optional Lids and Duvets available. New Improved - 18mm (2cm planed) board thickness as standard.

Specification Double Wooden Compost Bins:
* No nails, no screws. No holes to dig.
* Features sliding panels for easy access.
* The wooden boards and posts are hand dipped in a non-toxic wood protection which will not kill worms or bugs in the compost (they are not pressure treated/tanalised). It is recommended that you re-treat annually with a similar product or preservative when the wood is dry.
* Height 75cm (29.5") approx. - eliminates back strain when lifting materials into the compost bin.
* Solid wood, porous and insulating. All comes from managed forests.
* Closed sides prevent drying out and uneven composting.
* Add modules to double or treble the capacity and save money.
